Reiki: A Return to Your Own Divine Light
What is Reiki?
Reiki is a Japanese energy healing technique that works with your body’s natural life force to reduce stress and invite deep sense of peace and spiritual healing. Think of it as a soulful reset. A way to quiet the noise and let your inner light shine brighter.
Physically, reiki supports the body’s natural ability to heal itself. Can help release toxins, blockages, or pain.
Emotionally, reiki helps you get connected to the depth of your own emotions and can help transform any energetic emotion you want to transform.
Spiritually, reiki helps to love and accept yourself as you are. Tuning into compassion, kindness, love, connection, and more. Helps you connect to the divine and feel connected to something bigger than ourselves.
Healing Without Borders:
As a Reiki Master, I have been trained to tune into the energy of being able to send reiki to others no matter where they are in the world. Energy isn’t bound by walls or miles; just as the moon influences the tides in the ocean from thousands of miles away, Reiki reaches you exactly where you are.
How the Magic Happens: A simple guide to your distance/remote session:
- Prepare: You find a quiet, cozy spot to rest in your own space.
- Receive: While you simply breathe, I begin the distance healing from mine.
- Integrate: After the session, I’ll send you an email with intuitive insights to help you carry that glow into your week.
